Design and deliver specialized DEIBA training programs tailored to the unique challenges and opportunities in STEM and healthcare fields. Topics can include addressing gender, racial, and accessibility disparities; promoting diverse perspectives and voices in research and healthcare; and creating inclusive patient care environments to solve challenges facing each of these industries and increase productivity.
MENTORSHIP AND SPONSORSHIP PROGRAMS
Assist organizations in tapping into the talent of their employees by establishing and supporting employees in their professional development through mentorship and sponsorship. Provide guidance on structuring, promoting, and leveraging these programs to draw talent in multiple dimensions into the workplace, improve performance, and increase retention.
COACHING FOR SUCCESS
Coach and assist individuals and organizations in developing proposals to meet the needs of funding agencies, including broadening participation and community engagement, that are grounded in best and promising practices. Provide guidance on structuring their initiatives and programs to integrate the DEIBA principles for a successful proposal and generate revenue for the organization.
