CULTURE
INCLUSIVE CULTURAL ASSESSMENTS
Conduct assessments to evaluate an organization's culture and identify areas for improvement in terms of diversity, equity, inclusion, belonging, and accessibility. This is the beginning of the change management process and requires a set of tools for leading people through the process. Recommendations and strategies will be provided to create a more inclusive, welcoming, and belonging environment to attain the organizational goals.
CULTURAL COMPETENCE TRAINING
Develop and deliver training programs that enhance employees' cultural competence and understanding of different cultures. This includes workshops on cultural awareness, sensitivity, and effective cross-cultural communication with the goal of developing more effective teams and increasing productivity.
EMPLOYEE RESOURCE GROUP (ERG)
Assist organizations in establishing and supporting employee resource groups (ERGs) or affinity groups. Provide guidance on structuring, promoting, and leveraging these groups to foster a sense of belonging and inclusion to advance the organizational mission, goals, and values.
COMMUNITIES OF PRACTICE
Facilitate communities of practice (CP). The individuals who comprise a CP are passionate and committed to what they do and the fulfillment of the organization’s vision and mission. Their aim is to learn and to do DEIBA better. Once established, CPs should organize themselves — they establish their own leadership and set their own agendas.
