BeyondDEIBA: THE STORY
BeyondDEIBA was established to support businesses, institutions, organizations, and individuals to look and operate beyond the performative aspects of diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) and ground DEI principles and values into the fiber of their identity. The aim of our work is to establish a workplace culture that fosters a sense of belonging and accessibility (BA) to maximize workforce potential, prepare and support the current and future workforce, and maximize profit.
Our design embodies these principles in each of these components.

The roots ground the work of the organization and are the driving force and fuel that inform their identity.

The hands represent the guidance and support provided to and by organizations to sustain the efforts.
