LEADERSHIP ASSESSMENTS
Conduct assessments to evaluate gaps and support leaders in closing the gaps between the current and desired states. Offer feedback and personalized development plans to enhance their ability to lead diverse teams, employ the right resources, and leverage DEIBA principles to advance their organizational mission and attain their goals.
INCLUSIVE LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT
Provide training and coaching programs to help leaders hone their skills and mindset necessary to lead diverse teams effectively and maximize productivity. This includes fostering inclusive decision-making, ensuring the right resources (e.g., people with the skills and expertise) are at the right place at the right time, promoting psychological safety, and creating a culture of belonging.
LEADERSHIP WORKSHOPS
Design and deliver workshops focused on leadership skills specific to DEIBA. Topics can include leading with empathy, managing unconscious bias, setting direction, and leveraging diversity for innovation and success.
